Tate have been using iBase products since 1999 to import and manage our three main collections of images: Collections, Conservation and ImageNet. Between them they hold our accessioned and un-accessioned works, images of conservation work carried out, artist portraits, learning events, installation shots, architectural photography, etc. We also hold the files associated with our Archives and Access project, which we maintain in conformance with PREMIS digital preservation standards. Over the years as our requirements have changed, iBase have worked with us to successfully develop new solutions and ensure that the requirements are meet.
