Download Original File
Original files are stored untouched and unaltered, with a digital digest that can be used to track duplicates and check file integrity. Only the users you authorise can download those originals.
iBase allows you to make different versions of files available for download, depending on people's requirements and permissions. Metadata, watermarking and image transformations can all be handled at the point of delivery.

Alongside the original file, iBase can create any number of versions in different formats or sizes, with watermarks or alternative colourspaces. These versions can be exposed to different users according to their needs and permissions, helping you deliver the right major file type for each audience.
Descriptive and technical metadata such as IPTC, EXIF and XMP can be embedded into downloaded image files using iBase metadata mapping. Different metadata maps can be associated with different download outputs, and metadata can also be exported in bulk for downstream systems and reporting workflows.

Different watermarks can be applied to different download versions of both image and video files. These watermarks can use text or images, can be transparent or opaque, and can be positioned wherever needed within the visible area of the file.
Images can be cropped, rotated, flipped or mirrored. Those edits can overwrite the existing file, be saved as new versions, or be downloaded as ad-hoc edits. Crop profiles with different aspect ratios can be saved for reuse.
Users with the right permissions can gather multiple assets and download them together, making it easier to fulfil large requests or deliver working sets to internal teams, agencies and external partners.
