University College Dublin – Research and Innovation

7th April 2015

Every year since they started it in 2006, the research department of University College Dublin have run a competition for the best images of research, and now the iBase digital asset management system used for the competition has been upgraded to iBase Trinity, taking advantage of the latest features available.

With the new system – using only their browser – entrants to the competition can easily upload their images and associated metadata, competition administrators can organise the entries as required, and judges can view and assess them.

All of images are retained and there is now a year by archive of more than 1,700 great images, with a separate collection of all the winners.
