A plethora of data is available for immediate real-time analysis in iBase Trinity digital asset management software via 3 primary routes – Google Analytics, AWStats or Trinity reports. We’ll talk briefly about each of these data analysis functions in the following sections.

Google Analytics

This offering from Google is free but does come with its limitations due to their company privacy policies. For example, any visitors coming via Google Search with SSL enabled will not provide any meaningful or useful data for your analysis.

Awstats

With an iBase hosting package this data analysis product is included as standard. It functions by presenting the raw data contained in our cloud cluster visitor logs to you in a readable and manageable form, and includes summary information in chart form. All of the data available is presented, making it the ideal choice for data analysis on which to base your company strategies.

Custom reports

As standard our digital asset management product comes with a set of useful reporting templates which can output your data to CSV spreadsheet format, PDF file, or directly into your web browser for immediate viewing. These reports show key indicators of performance such as which search terms are most popular but aren’t returning any results, or indeed which files are trending and becoming increasing popular over a period of time.

These reports are configurable to output detailed report data on any aspect of your system to facilitate your company’s data driven decisions. Data points such as uploading, editing, security audits, download behaviour or even e-commerce order and transaction history can be combined into a single tailor-made report which suits your business’s way of working.
