As well as supplying products for managing digital assets, including internal or external online picture library systems and photo library software; federated searching; brand asset management; the storage, organisation and retrieval of all types of media assets - iBase also offers a comprehensive range of associated services:

Managed Services - to fulfil on your behalf as much of your operational requirements as you wish.

Implementation Services - we can carry out as much of the implementation of your system as you would like, from designing a database structure to your requirements and right through to full installation and commissioning.

Hosting - the iBase asset hosting service can be used for publicly available picture libraries on the web, or for wholly internal media asset management requirements.

Support - iBase support is available either with a service level agreement (SLA), or on an ad-hoc request basis, for all iBase products including media asset management, digital image management systems or picture libraries.

Training - a comprehensive range of training services customised to requirements are available for all iBase products. Onsite training is available for the U.K. and Ireland, but wherever you are online training can be provided using WebEx technology. Online training is not only more cost effective, but has the additional benefit that trainees for the same session can be at different locations.
