iBase Quartet is fully configurable and customisable and can be set up to precisely match requirements. However, for many uses Quartet Swift at a lower price will be more than adequate.
What is Quartet Swift?
It's a fully featured Quartet system with many of the configurable parameters pre-set in way that will be suitable for a wide range of requirements - without too much specific configuration being necessary. This means that the cost of delivery can be kept to a minimum at a fixed price of £2,950 - or optionally and if hosted by iBase - £750 on order then four quarterly payments of £550. (In the U.K. VAT at the standard rate is applicable)
What do we get with Quartet Swift?
All the main features of Quartet are available, but many are pre-set keeping cost and delivery times to a minimum. There is no limit to the number of items or users.
Quartet Swift will be supplied with :
- - A selection of twenty pre-configured metadata fields. Use any or all of them as required.
- - Up to ten additional fields configured to your specification.
- - Pre-configured security roles for all common requirements.
- - A bulk upload page with your specified metadata fields.
- - Full batch editing facilities.
- - Search and advanced search configured to your specification.
- - Download options configured to your specification.
- - Pre-configured print templates.
System administration that you can do yourself includes :
- - Add and manage users and assign them to security roles.
- - Create and edit keyword / subject / tag hierarchies.
- - Manage and edit values / entries for pick-lists.
- - Add and edit the content and layout of the login page.
- - Manage the banner, background colour, fonts, footer links and 'About'.
- - Create additional plain text pages, e.g. Terms and Conditions etc...
- - Manage support for additional file types.
