Prices and purchase plans
High productivity in our delivery and support processes ensure that prices are always competitive. There are no hidden costs. We will invoice in British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros and most local currencies as required - payments can be made electronically using an international wire transfer. VAT is applicable at the standard rate to orders from within the U.K.

iBase Quartet - digital asset management
Quartet can be hosted in your own I.T. environment or with iBase. Hosting with iBase includes a SQL Server database, if hosting in your own environment you will need to provide a SQL database.
Option 1: Quartet Swift - cost effective, up and running fast
- £2,950 - outright purchase and nothing more to pay. Or, optionally and if hosted by iBase - £750 on order then four quarterly payments of £550.

- Included at no additional cost - Swift pre-configuration; custom configuration of an upload page; advanced search and additional data fields; deployment & online training.
- Options - additional configuration; branding; onsite training; annual support agreement; hosting by iBase.
Option 2: Quartet - custom configured entirely to your specification
- Custom configuration prices depend upon the amount of configuration work required, and for low to medium levels of configuration they are within the range £5,000 - £8,000. This is for outright purchase and nothing more to pay, see also subscription and deferred payment plan options from £500 initial set-up.
- Included at no additional cost - database design; deployment; online training; basic web / intranet branding - including the top banner, fonts and background colours.
- Options - additional configuration and branding; onsite training; annual support agreement; hosting by iBase.
iBase Online Library
Online Library can be hosted in your own I.T. environment or with iBase. Hosting with iBase includes a SQL Server database, if hosting in your own environment you will need to provide a SQL database.
Custom configuration - entirely to your specification
- Custom configuration prices depend upon the amount of configuration work required, and for low to medium levels of configuration they are within the range £7,000 - £13,000. This is for outright purchase and nothing more to pay, see also subscription and deferred payment plan options from £500 initial set-up.
- Included at no additional cost - configuration of standard features; online training; deployment; basic web / intranet branding - including the top banner, fonts and background colours.
- Options - additional configuration and branding; onsite training; annual support agreement; hosting by iBase.
iBase Manager
Standalone or network based multi-user digital asset management.
Custom configuration - entirely to your specification
- Custom configuration prices depend upon the amount of configuration work required, and for low to medium levels of configuration - which is the usual case - they are within the range shown.
- £1,000 - £1,500 outright purchase and nothing more to pay.
- Included at no additional cost - database design; configuration of standard features; deployment via remote access; online training. You will need to supply an SQL database.
- Options - additional configuration; onsite training; annual support agreement.
iBase REST Server software
Federated searching.
Custom configuration - entirely to your specification
- Custom configuration prices depend upon the amount of initial configuration work required, and for low to medium levels of configuration - which is the usual case - they are within the range shown.
- £600 - £950 outright purchase and nothing more to pay.
- Included at no additional cost - configuration of standard features; deployment via remote access.
Subscription plans for Quartet and Online Library custom configurations
Subscription plan systems are hosted by iBase.
- Initial setup: £500.
- Monthly subscription charges - are calculated according to the agreed minimum term of the subscription arrangement and the amount of file storage space required.
- Included - rental of the iBase software; hosting by iBase; MS SQL Server database; database design; configuration of standard features; basic web / intranet branding - including the top banner; font sizes and colours, and background colours; support; online training where required. Onsite training is available if required at an additional charge.
- A subscription plan can be converted to outright purchase at any time.
- Subscription plans are subject to status, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Deferred payment plans for outright purchase
- Initial setup: £500 if hosted by iBase Media Services, £750 if hosted by client.
- Subsequent payments for a system with an outright purchase price of, for example, £5,000.
- Example plan: Twenty-four monthly payments of £218 then nothing more to pay.
- Example plan: Twenty-four monthly payments of £95 then a final payment of £2,970.
- Deferred payment plans are subject to status, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Hosting by iBase
- The iBase hosting service can be used for publicly available picture libraries on the web, or for an organisation's internal media asset management and distribution requirements. Note: iBase hosting is optional, all systems can be deployed / hosted in your own I.T. environment.
- Hosting with iBase includes a SQL Server database, you will need to provide an SQL database if hosting in your own environment.
