iBase Trinity prices and purchase plans

Prices include full set-up by iBase - leave everything to us

There are no hidden costs. We will invoice in British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros and most local currencies as required - payments can be made electronically using an international wire transfer. VAT is applicable at the standard rate to orders from within the U.K.

iBase Trinity can be hosted in your own I.T. environment or with iBase. Hosting with iBase includes a SQL Server database, if hosting in your own environment you will need to provide a SQL database.

Outright purchase

• Prices depend upon the amount of configuration work required. An off the shelf system which can be modified as required after delivery is £6,950 (US Dollar / Euro). If you will be hosting the system yourselves you will also need a Caucho Resin licence - at a cost of $699 (British Pounds / Euros) for one CPU up to four cores, or in a virtual environment four virtual cores. If your system is hosted by iBase, a Caucho Resin licence is included.

• The price above is for outright purchase and nothing more to pay, see also subscription and deferred payment plan options from £500 initial set-up.

• Included at no additional cost - configuration of standard features; online training; deployment; basic web / intranet branding - including the top banner, fonts and background colours.

• Options - additional configuration and branding; onsite training; annual support agreement; hosting by iBase.

Subscription plan

Subscription plan systems are hosted by iBase Media Services.

• Initial setup: 20% of the outright price*.

• Monthly subscription charges - are calculated according to the agreed minimum term of the subscription arrangement and the amount of file storage space required.

• Included - rental of the iBase software; hosting by iBase; MS SQL Server database; database design; configuration of standard features; basic web / intranet branding - including the top banner; font sizes and colours, and background colours; support; online training where required. Onsite training is available if required at an additional charge.

• A subscription plan can be converted to outright purchase at any time.

* Outright price means the price if the system were bought as an outright purchase.

Deferred payment plans for outright purchase

• Initial setup: 20% of outright price* if hosted by iBase Media Services, 25% of outright price* if hosted by client.

• Example plans for an iBase hosted system with an outright price* of £7,000.

• Example 1: Initial payment of £1,400 then twelve monthly payments of £470 and nothing more to pay.
• Example 2: Initial payment of £1,400 then twenty-four monthly payments of £235 and nothing more to pay.
