iBase Online Library has two user interfaces:
iBase Manager
As part of iBase Online Library, iBase Manager is used for all key curatorial tasks - creating databases from scratch and modifying them as required, bulk upload and editing of assets and associated metadata, building relationship, creating collections and much more...
iBase Net 6
iBase Net 6 is a browser based system and specifically designed for easy and intuitive use by the public or internal users on an intranet, whilst offering a wide range of options and features which can be configured as required.
Configuration options
In a standard configuration of Online Library both Manager and Net 6 are used, with the items that appear on Net 6 controlled from within Manager. However, if required Net 6 can be used on it's own. It has its own facilities for uploading and editing, although in its current release they are not as complete as those available in iBase Manager. The next release of Net 6 will mirror much of the functionality available in Manager.

Fully scalable, there is no inherent limit to the number of records that can be created. The amount of file storage space you will need depends upon how big your files are.
