iBase Manager - is a Windows application providing a set of tools for creating and managing an image database or a database of other digital assets and associated descriptive information. Manager supports all industry standard image, video and sound formats, and other files such as Word documents and PDFs.
Manager makes organising, finding and displaying any item within the database easy and efficient and allows users to adjust and manipulate images, store them at multiple resolutions, keyword items and associate items with others in the database.

iBase systems are fully scalable, there is no inherent limit to the number of records that can be created. The amount of file storage space you will need depends upon how big your files are.
Entirely configurable database structure - as many fields as you need and labelled as you want.
As many separate and completely independent databases as are required can be created.

12. Embedded HTML
Embedded HTML can be included in data fields for any purpose when records are published to a web or intranet site.
13. Editing images
A number of image editing features are available to super-users.
iBase Manager is designed to make viewing records simple and efficient. Users can move through items, viewing media records and associated data individually, or browse a gallery of thumbnails.
15. Searching data
iBase Manager enables the user to retrieve items using any of the four powerful search mechanisms that are available.
- export images to any required resolution or format.
- apply a watermark to specified image sizes, in any position on the image.
- export data as csv or other delimiter, Access, Excel etc...
17. Access control
Optional administrator control of user access by login and password.
iBase Manager can maintain an audit trail of activities by user.
